Studio
Remida is the first Linguistic Direction® studio, founded on a psychosocial approach.
We are the constructive conspiracy that guide complexity and create value behind brands and corporations. Remida was founded to evolve brands into a positive force for the culture at large, enlightening their assets and rooting their fundamentals.
When world-class consulting abilities meet the skills to realize great brand transformation, the Remida sparkle lits. We sit at the fracture between “boutique” and “multinational”, we bridge the gap between consultancy and communication: we provoke and we reassemble to instill progress in every project.
Remida is a group of untamed international professionals led by Lisa Pelagatti, founder of the studio. Born in December 2021, Remida is conceived to be a new type of branded reality: innovating, reactive, à l'écoute. Its team is composed of senior strategists, editors, copywriters and designers who are unafraid to reach what lies between us and the far-stretching horizon.

Lisa Pelagatti – Founder & Head of Strategy
Strategist, copywriter, and author, Lisa Pelagatti (b. Parma, 1992) has built an international career at the intersection of psychology, linguistics, and brand strategy. After graduating magna cum laude in Marketing Psychology from Università Cattolica in Milan and completing sociolinguistic studies at Université Paris X in Paris, she begins her professional career in New York City at Sally Fisher PR. There, she manages the communication for luxury "Made in Italy" icons, including Acqua di Parma and Sassicaia.
Upon returning to Europe, she serves as a strategic consultant for major global networks such as Landor, Kantar, Nitro London, and Sylvain, collaborating on high-stakes projects for brands including Nike and Luxottica.
REMIDA and Linguistic Direction®
In 2021, she founds REMIDA, an elite strategy and language studio built on a distributed model that aggregates top-tier industry talent. In 2023, just two years after the foundation, Remida develops and internationally registers (Italy, UK, USA) the proprietary Linguistic Direction® (Direzione Linguistica®) framework. From 2024, REMIDA is an official partner within the LVMH supplier register in Italy. In 2025, Lisa spearheads the studio’s technological evolution by integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into a pioneering research project focused on the semantic mapping of brand languages.
Publications
In 2025, she publishes with Treccani (Istituto della Enciclopedia Italiana) the book "Storie di Vino: viaggio fra i grandi vitigni del nostro paese", a work that blends oenological culture and narrative storytelling. "Remida's name came to me on a sunny and slow afternoon, in 2018. And it never changed."
Barbara Ottin Bocat

Following a cum laude degree in Modern Literature and a Master’s in Publishing, she solidified her professional profile as a member of the National Order of Journalists, later specializing in Digital Strategy and Content Management. This hybrid background allows her to merge the depth of humanities with the precision of data-driven marketing and SEO.
Her career took shape at De Agostini Publishing, where, as an Editor, she orchestrated the development of new editorial concepts and complex content systems. She later transitioned into the digital sphere, managing multi-channel strategies and leading creative teams across copywriting, design, and photography. She oversees strategic content production for luxury, food and lifestyle icons, crafting verbal architectures that provide both depth and a distinctive market edge for every project.
"Words are a strategic tool before they are a narrative one: they don't just define a brand’s positioning, they build imaginaries and shape the way people interpret the world around them."
Gabriele Mauri
Brand Strategist
Gabriele Mauri
A specialist in digital dynamics and brand positioning, Gabriele (b. Milan, 1999) operates at the intersection of social behavior analysis and strategic design. Following a degree in Communication from the University of Milan, where he focused on the impact of digital platforms on human interaction, he solidified his professional profile by merging new media insights with the precision of result-oriented marketing.
His career took shape during a three-year tenure as a Digital Marketing Specialist at Finanza.tech, a role in which he orchestrated online strategies, performance campaigns, and metrics analysis. This experience allowed him to develop an integrated vision of the communication cycle, learning to balance the rigor of KPIs with the fluidity of storytelling. His professional evolution led him to move beyond pure technical optimization, embracing a consultancy approach deeply rooted in brand identity.
At REMIDA, where he has collaborated as a Brand Strategist since 2023, he translates audience insights into narrative and positioning choices. His approach eschews abstract concepts in favor of solid, measurable ideas, where tone of voice, lexical choices, and channel strategy converge to drive authentic growth aligned with business reality.
"My work lives at the meeting point of strategic thought and daily practice: understanding people, translating that insight into brand choices, and transforming those choices into meaningful content and campaigns. It is the middle ground where pure creativity meets the tangibility of numbers."
